Mindful Parenting Support - my new brochure!

In the last two weeks, my world has shifted dramatically! I have agreed to take on clients, I am going to Portugal to take the MBSR Teaching Intensive in June, I have an incredible supervisor who is going to support me along this journey, AND I'm beginning to offer my services in the community (Mindfulness Club at our school, and facilitating a Mindful Parent's sitting group: Intro to mindfulness and meditation.
