It’s almost 2018, which means that it’s a time for new beginnings! Although I’m not a huge fan of “New Year’s Resolutions”, I do believe in forming intentions. As such, I intend to continue writing in my gratitude journal, giving up coffee (it’s wreaking havoc on my sleep and I think that I may actually prefer tea) and dedicating more time to self-care and daily mindfulness practice.
